All items in our shop are given a second life. Nearly everything is pre-owned, but before it leaves our shop it is cleaned, repaired where necessary and thoroughly tested. This ensures that your retro purchase does exactly what it should: play!

Of course, a console or game that has lasted for decades may have a scratch, discolouration or small dent. Age comes with character. 😉 These are normal signs of use and do not affect how the product works. Unless we clearly state that an item is new, it is a pre-owned product with a story and plenty of playtime ahead.

All our products include a standard one-year warranty. If your purchase is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days.
