Terms and conditions

Welcome, player one! These terms apply to all RetroNinja offers and agreements.

1. Starting the game (forming the agreement)

Your order is successfully activated when you place it and we send you a confirmation by email.

2. Scoreboard (prices)

All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Delivery quest

We will ship your order as soon as possible to the delivery address you provided during checkout.

4. Reset button (right of withdrawal)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your own expense unless the law provides otherwise.

5. Extra life (warranty)

We deliver our products with care and in good condition. If there is a defect or problem, please let us know so we can find a suitable solution together.

6. Support level (complaints)

If something goes wrong, report your complaint to customer service as soon as possible. We will take it seriously and handle it promptly.

7. Final-boss rules (applicable law)

Dutch law applies to all agreements with RetroNinja.
